Tweek has just moved to South Park and has to try and fit in at the local school. Craig is the schools bully and loves to mess with new people. Tweek struggles to fit in with Craig on his back constantly. What happens when Tweek's condition gets worse and people start to notice. Craig and Tweek hate each other. Following the first fight, came more. They fought so much, an intervention was held at some point. While they may hate each other, they can't seem to stay away from each other. Even when they argue, there seems to be an excited twinkle in each teens eye, a hint of a smile on each teens lips. It's strange. How can two hate each other so much but still hang out? It's caused a lot of questions and theories, the main one claiming they're in love. And, it's not just the other students who believe it. Friends, family, everyone seems to be whispering behind Craig and Tweek's backs, all the same three worded phrase: 'They're definitely dating.'

When Craig Tucker thinks his fake relationship with Tweek is holding him back from experiencing an actual real relationship. He leaves Tweek for a girl. Little does he know that after his decisions that he has made. It affects everyone around him. Most importantly it effects Tweek. Not being able to handle it anymore in the beginning of senior year at South Park High. Tweek disappears from South Park with no trace of where he went. Sadly with faith the most unexpected things happens. Craig runs into Tweek. The problem is where he runs into the blonde boy. A place he'd never expect from the anxiety driven boy. Something changes in Craig once he sees Tweek again. The only problem is how is this going to play out? Is Craig's guilt going to eat him alive?
