Shoto Todoroki has been kidnapped! Hawks came to UA to train Class 1-A in the physical aspects of being a hero, but now he must teach them to use their minds as well. He, Kanzen, and a suspicious contact from his undercover work, are the leading task force for finding Shoto. Are there more mysteries here than everyone thinks?

The League of Villains was unexpectedly captured by the UA teachers. While they were being restrained to prevent their escape, the villains wouldn't stop complaining and criticizing the heroes. This caught Aizawa's attention, who listened closely to their words with curiosity as they waited for the police to arrive. Once the officers took the League of Villains to Tartarus, Aizawa met with Principal Nezu and the other pro heroes to discuss what he had heard. The topic piqued Nezu's interest as well, since they noticed that the villains' criticisms were different from the usual. After analyzing it, they concluded that this particular group hadn't had the best experience with heroes-something that had partly led them down the path of villainy. After long discussions and debates on the matter, Nezu proposed the creation of a rehabilitation program for villains. The goal was to clean the reputation of those who joined and give them the opportunity to start a new life from scratch. And the very first ones to try it out... would be none other than the League of Villains. Can the program change the lives of the League of Villains? Will Dabi return to his family? Will Toga manage to win over Izuku? (See Chapter 9) Will the infamous villains become heroes? Two hearts, one boy... Dabi is apprehended by the police and several heroes. Once they interrogate for what little information they could, fingerprints and DNA samples were taken. Overcoming the heavy resistance from him, even with restraints on, the truth of Dabi's identity is revealed. His black dye is washed out and the todoroki family is notified for the investigation of this case. After years, Shouto comes face to face with his oldest brother, Touya Todoroki. This is a brotherly love type of fanfic, yes I do with the Touya theory and this will not contain any explicit moments, or any implied romantic relationships, it focuses on Dabi and Shouto being bros. Disclaimer guys this will have SPOILERS for the manga! And this was just written for fun, nothing more. When the Villains make another escape, Dabi is caught by the Heros, Shiggy tries to save Dabi only to let him go. . . Dabi wakes up in a white room with his hands cuffed, he tries to use his quirk, only for it not to work and had an Anti-Quirk Collar on his neck. Eri was handling living in UA really well, and everyone was busy working on their studies. The league hasn't made a move since, and mixed emotions were in the air. Some had different feelings towards it, but most were just happy that things finally calmed down. It was especially thrilling for the class 1a students when they heard that some of the top heroes would be joining them for training and to help them. After that, some UA students were able to get out of the school for once and enjoy spending their time together. Everyone agreed that heading to the mall was the best choice, except a couple of the students encountered some stranger people. It wasn't long after a student got captured. Because of All Might, there wasn't any major organized crime gang that was around, except the League, but it was clear that they weren't the ones responsible. The heroes were stumped, and had no idea what to do. But, one hero has an idea that had a better chance in finding the missing student. It revolved in joining forces with someone from the other side... #35 in Teamwork

When the beloved Pro hero Hawks, went missing after a video went viral on the internet of him fighting a new Nomu, tensions rise within the Hero's to take the blame. With no knowledge of his location or conditions, the hero's begin turning on each other. With the League of Villains seeming to always be one step ahead of them, their guilt seems to constantly trip the hero's up. Only when their guilt is aside will they be able to find Hawks, or will some miracle happen? Dabi chose to do one thing a villain should never do, release their prisoner. The two males begin to fall apart with out the other and are soon forced into hiding until the mess they created blows over. WARNING:!!!
