But along the way things get a little south as you are instead taken as a hostage to the 141 at their base. Learning you were betrayed by Phillip Graves you join the 141 to help them out to get closer to Graves to kill him and escape the military all together with Benning, who may or may not be alive. It's not very lore accurate and loosely takes place during MW2. The most iinspo i got plot wise is the cold war campaign so if ykkk ;) At the beginning there was more POV variation; by the end i stuck with 2nd pov. mc is a little of self insert and annoying, dont worry. Meanwhile Soap MacTavish falls in love with you from the day you both met. He really thinks you're the perfect one for him (and stays loyal to you through the whole story) and wants to protect you no matter what, but you still don't know about his feelings and intentions with you. A love story during the war. A great character development story as Y/n goes through a lot. (Also some of the chapters carry the names of my favourite songs that I listened to during my Modern Warfare 2.0 obsession) I hope you will enjoy it!💕
