In this post apocalyptic world, the top priority is surviving day after day. When the war was over, the ones who survived the nuclear bombings were left with no government, living in ghost towns and fighting for crumbs. Some, like Jung Wooyoung, joined groups of survivors to strengthen their chances of living, others, like Choi San, prefer to fight on their own. And sometimes, destiny has an interesting way of crossing people's paths.
