After Neteyam was shot, he was brought back to the Metkayina clan. Ronal and Kiri worked day and night to save him, which they did. However, this left him in a coma-like state. After this happened, it caused Aonung to realize that he cared about the boy, pushing him to visit him every day. I don't know who drew the cover, but credits to them.
