Izuku Midoriya, neglected and bullied due to his lack of a quirk, endured abuse from his family and friends, especially his twin sister Izumi and Katsuki Bakugo. One fateful day, when locked outside his home, Izuku was kidnapped and taken to a secret location. There, he was subjected to cruel experiments and given an artificial quirk called "One Above All."

They technically never broke up, Tomura had told her he had to do his job and they may not talk for awhile. Izumi never told him she had gotten pregnant, yet she didn't want any other man than Tomura. Her father came back from America to help raise his grandson. What happens with UA opens a villain rehab and they just so happened to catch the League of villains? Only Tomura, Dabi and Toga were given the chance since the others were either missing or to old to go to UA. How will Izumi's class react to her relationship with Tomura? izuku midoriya was apparently quirkless ,but what he had was far stronger and useful than a quirk he is a conduit.

Izuku's quirk fully developed overnight at the age of 14, when he woke up he was taller, stronger, and more resistant to pain.
