In fact, it was actually Deku's fault, for not locking the bathroom door. So obviously, Bakugou wanting a shower in the company bathrooms, opened the unlocked door and set foot inside. What he didn't expect, however, was a half naked Izuku Midoriya to be inside. Of course, Deku being Deku, he accidentally dropped the towel around his waist. Which lead to Bakugou - who low-key loved the sight - to step inside and lock the door. - okay guys I wanna not alive anymore, purely for the fact I am writing this.
