And boy did that change when Y/N enlisted. And he slowly became a sweetheart that the boys sarcastically said he was becomes true. Will they fall in love or will they remain always alone ? But love isn't so easy, with Turner and Davis lurking. Will they be able to hide it? Or will they be separated?

Surrounded by warfare and American men who have strict mindsets about women in the the 1940's, the 21-year-old feels like she has no hope of surviving. To even have a chance, Ava has to prove that just because she's a woman, doesn't mean she isn't capable of fighting to survive like the rest of them. Ava finds herself stuck in 1944, with "strange" technology called a cell phone, no way of charging it, and no way of getting home. In the midst of a gruesome and horrifying war, she finds herself questioning more than just sanity of the time period, but even her own. Hopefully, with careful and calculating steps, Ava will survive the blistering cold winters, the first-hand experience of a war, and developing a difficult bond with the men of 1st Platoon. --•--•--•-- This is a work of fan-fiction, which means I don't own practically anything. Headcanons and stories, mostly headcanons So after I hit the 92k views I should write a better description I guess. I most of the time I write you as a gender neutral reader, meaning I try to avoid pronouns so that EVERYONE can identify themselves with it. Some headcanons have pron and Sex (XX & XY) dependent descriptions like pregnancies, uterus and stuff like that but again, later in that book I try to avoid that I don't like hate, I don't like it against me or if I see it between my readers, so don't be a d1ck otherwise I'll warn you and if you do it again I'll block you.
