Y/n is a trans male who is frequently misgendered and dead named. Likewise, the moment he heard about Hanako, he believed if he summoned Hanako, Hanako would stop others from mistreating Y/n due to him being trans. Maybe, just maybe, they'd treat Y/n at least decently and forget that he was a girl to begin with!
