Screech was just a boy living in a small rural village. He always wondered what if would be like to go into town, into the palace even. But his parents wouldn't let him. They say that the world outside this village is bad. They say that he should grow up to be a farmer for the village. But one fateful day, the royal "family" invite people over to basically give them a job interview, saying that they need a person to fill a position. Screech's parents told him that he couldn't go with them, as they are trying to protect him, but Screech goes anyways. Once he got into town, he immediately fell in love with it. But the palace was even better. But this is where things change. After being there for a while, the royals didn't pick any of them to fill the position for the job. Insteady they picked... Screech. How will his adventures in the Kingdom of Doors unfold? Well read and find out! (They are humanoids in this story)
