I can feel the intense heat that radiates off of them, reminding me of how terrifying this new threat was. These robot bastards just wanted nothing but death, spreading across the world, destroying national militaries and monuments, ravaging the human race and the cities they live in. Now they've made it to Washington. Everything was in ruins, and was being further more destroyed as we fly circles, just trying to dent the horde that wanted to kill us. "SHIT! What the hell is that thing?!" My vision flickers over from where I was firing down on the enemies and I'm terrified to see the looming form of what could only be a Rapture in our flight path. It consists of many polygonal pieces floating in unison to form an upright bird-like shape. On all parts of the structure there are massive glowing circles having unknown functions. Its the size of a skyscraper and are made completely out of metal. "We're hit! Mayday mayday, this is Dagger Two-One. We are going down at grid square Papa Bravo 2--"
