Marianne Averrige is not like other superheroes. Her costume isn't made of flashy skintight spandex. Her hair doesn't flow in waves of glorious curls. And her powers... well... they kind of don't exist. To tell the truth, Marianne isn't even really a Super. She's a Normal. She spends her time performing small rescues for ordinary people down in the corners of Fantastic City -- the kind of people that ordinary Supers don't have time for. And even if she calls herself a Super, she knows, deep down, that they don't care about her at all. But that isn't enough to discourage her from pursuing her childhood dream. By any means possible. There are five things that I hate: 1.) Arrogant Guys 2.) Guys who have girls falling at their feet and they proceed to use them 3.) Guys who assume everyone loves them 4.) Guys who ride motorcycles 5.) Strawberry Ice Cream And Grayson Carter just so happens to be 4 of them. Even his name sounds like a celebrity's: Grayson Carter. The boy is everywhere; he lives down the street from me, he goes to my school, our mothers are even longtime friends yet he doesn't even know my name. The only place I can get away from him is my part time job at the library and the day he comes sauntering in looking for a job is the day I just might go insane. ROMANCE - TEEN FICTION - HUMOR Title Thanks To - factorfate --- --- I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR THE PICTURE IN THE COVER. I SIMPLY SLAM DUNKED SOME WORDS ONTO IT. I DON'T OWN THE PICTURE. I SIMPLY FOUND IT ONLINE.

Ivy is a poor, misunderstood girl who isn't afraid to stick up for herself. The Lost Boys are four wealthy boys that are used to getting whatever they want. Mix them together, and the results could be disastrous. Neverland Academy is an intimidating private school for wealthy teens only. This is the last place Ivy wants to go to school, but it's either a snooty school with snobby kids or a military school with a bunch of troublemakers. Ivy is lucky enough to go to the school on a scholarship, but that doesn't mean that she or the other students are happy about it. With her almost fearless outer persona, her true fragile personality hidden, she catches The Lost Boys' attentions right away, and she isn't sure if that's a good thing. She's about to find out how tough she really isn't.

I ran. Where was Joel? Why wasn’t he here? I could hear someone behind me. He was getting closer. I had to run faster. I had to get away. If I could find Joel we could open the dimension gate and jump. But where was he? I made another sharp turn and pushed myself. I listened to the steady running behind me. “Cissy!” He screamed in fury. No. I knew who it was but I was still unprepared for the fear that coursed through me at the sound of his voice. Hell, not him. Please not him. Joel, where are you?
