Zoey Francis is the Slayer of about five years, and she has the sister of Dawn Francis, and the mother of Layla Francis. She died a year ago to protect her sister Dawn from death and was brought back by her friends, torn away from Heaven and sent to live in this world that could be called Hell in comparison. It took a long time for Zoey to feel anything, and the only people that could really get her to feel were her mother, her sister, and the vampire that she was not supposed to fall for, Spike. Now, Spike has gone off and got his soul back to return to Zoey as someone who can love her with all his heart and soul, just as the First has declared war on everyone in Sunnydale, the Council, and every single Potential Slayer or actual Slayer in existence, including Zoey, Buffy and Faith. It could take everything for them to win the fight against the First, the Bringers, and the Uber vampires, and they lose quite a bit in the process. So, who comes out winning, and who comes out losing?

Zoey Francis is one of the Scoobies. She was involved with Ethan Rayne's spell on Halloween, when she had been dressed as an assassin, which turned her into an assassin for that night. Like Xander remembers what he had turned into on Halloween, the military man, Zoey remembers. She knows how to fight, but she's learning how to do it again. She and Buffy can take on the things that go bump in the night together... And might find someone to love along the way.

Zoey Francis is Xander and Willow's best friend, and when Buffy gets to town, she is Buffy's best friend. She used to be Cordelia's best friend, but she realized that being best friends with Cordelia was like getting your head blown off. And she's human, but she's not defenseless. She'll do anything to protect her friends.
