I'm in the process of rewriting this story because this turned out really badly in my opinion so be aware of that while you read :). Nico di Angelo is a sophomore in highschool, he doesn't have many friends and talking isn't one of his strong suits. His routine life of staying indoors and being quiet is interrupted by something, well, someone. Will Solace. -COMPLETED- Nico di Angelo is stuck in the Infirmary for three days with a stubborn son of Apollo named Will Solace. Who knows what's going to happen? On the other hand, Will has had a secret crush on Nico for a long time. Will he finally get the courage to tell him? It starts with the three days in the infirmary, and has a lot of content that relates to Trials of Apollo. The events at the end go exactly into what happens in The Hidden Oracle. This is the sequel to Unattainable, so read that first if you haven't already. War has ripped two previously happy kingdoms apart. One is now in ruin, owned by the other, which has grown prosperous and more tolerant under it's new king, Will Solace. He is a benevolent ruler with an beautiful wife and a strong kingdom. His life seems perfect. Nico Di Angelo is still a fugitive. Him and his friends stay far away from others, only approaching civilisation when necessary. When they find themselves in Will's kingdom and are attacked, the only logical plan anyone can think up is to take the king is taken hostage. In hindsight, it's probably not a good idea to end up stuck with your worst enemy. Especially one who still loves you.

Okay, so this a royal au (?) It's a solangelo and so Nico Di Angelo is a prince and is replacing his sister Bainca because she died before and alliance was made. And since Hazel is betrothed to Frank of the Pólemos kingdom, King Hades (for some reason) has an idea that Nico has been training for since his sister's death. How to be a princess. Nico goes to the Ílios kingdom to marry none other than Prince William. Even though he brings Annabeth for help, Nico doesn't know if he can keep up the Princess Nikki act. After a few days at the library and horseback riding, Nico starts catching feelings for Will he knows it's wrong, but who can stop love? Prince Will has seen so many snotty brat princes that he thought that Princess Nikki was going to be just the same. And how wrong he was. Princess Nikki was much different then the other girls and he to started to catch feelings. But what would happen if a certain skirt, catches on fire?

As the door opened it closed equally as softly, there was silence and Nico was getting suspicious the person made no noise. Then suddenly felt a sudden pressure being applied to his back and a soft voice spoke, "Morning neeks." The voice was so close to his ear that he felt a chill run up his spine. He tried to push off the bubbly blond but nothing worked so he just let him be and tried to go back to sleep but Will was not having that. "Come on neeks, or We'll be late," Will said as he put his hand under Nico's armpit to hoist him up. He succeed but was met with one of the deadliest glares. *"Che diavolo amico?" Nico spoke out with an attitude, so Will assumed it was bad, but hey he doesn't know Italian. So he just frowned and shot back with his own, *"O te obligo o te levantas tú mismo". Nico didn't understand it Will said it assertively so he took it as a threat and scurried off to the bathroom.
