After being rescued from Toneri, being able to recover her sister, and saving her eyes, Hinata finally thinks that Naruto would return her feelings, only to hear him say that he rescued her because it was the right thing to do and that he didn't feel the same way about her. Hurt and accepting the rejection, she returns with her sister to her clan and accepts the leadership of the Hyūga clan.
Over the course of 30 years alongside her sister Hanabi, she seems to be in a constant battle against the clan elders for refusing to change the archaic laws (such as the Cursed Seal of the Bird and endogamic reproduction). In those 30 years, where she managed to make several advancements, Hinata had prayed to Hamura Ōtsutsuki to help her.
After those years of prayers, Hamura finally listens, and overnight, all the young women of the Hyūga clan disappear. Upon investigating, they realize that half of a section of the Hyūga clan has also disappeared. Now, the Hyūga Princess, rejuvenated by 6 years along with her sister and the women of her clan, must make their way through this primitive world.
However, something unexpected happened: not only is the whole clan there, but they now have hare ears and tails. Furthermore, it seems they are not the only clans that have come to this primitive world.
