Phuwin doesn't just live in fiction; he also sleeps in it. Every morning, he wakes up with ink on his hands and screams in his head. When his fictional murders start to resemble real-life crimes, the public labels him a dark prophet, but they just can't stop reading it.
Fleeing the media and the authorities, Phuwin seeks refuge in a coastal town hidden in a thick fog. There, he meets Pond, a reclusive artist whose studio is a gallery of horrors. Pond creates his paintings in a frenzy, a psychic energy driving him to paint the scenes before the murders take place.
When the two artists discover that their works are the same, created in the same hour and in complete solitude, they must determine whether they are soulmates or two halves of a terrible tragedy.
