Kion, who was born in a time of conflict after both his parents died, and left him and Kiara with crippling duties desperately trying to uphold their kingdom, slowly has his frayed edges become more and more undone as time passes. Set in an alternate universe, so keep in mind there will be a lot of differences to canon.

War. That was all Kion and the Lion Guard had known. With bloody battles and constant vying to keep their home safe... to keep their home at all, their childhood was spent fighting for their right to live - a right the vicious Outlanders sought to take away. But one day, it was over. The Pridelanders were victorious! No one could believe it, but the war was over at last! Unfortunately, during the final battle, Kion sustained an injury that ran much further than skin-deep. The only hope for a cure was the legendary and mystical Tree of Life, thousands of miles away. To make matters even worse, Fuli, a member of the Lion Guard and Kion's best friend, by absolute chance uncovers a truth that could change the young lion's already fragile life forever. After a lot of tragic events, Kion and his Lion Guard finally arrive at the Tree of Life. They are surprised to find that a mysterious group of lions who live there won't allow him in. As he grows desperate to find new healing, his friendships with the Lion Guard break apart even more. As the same time, a growing darkness finds its way inside his heart. Beginning to hold more grudges, being more hostile, and just not having the will to keep fighting, Kion slowly turns into a lion his friends have never seen before. Will they find a way to prevail, or is this the end of Kion's story?

What if Kion never made it to the Tree of Life? What if the venom in his scar was too much for him? When their leader dies along the journey to find healing for his scar, the Guard must find their own healing as they face this great loss. Fuli finds the reins of leadership unexpectedly thrown upon her as she and Kion spend their last moments together. Some members of the Guard may take longer to heal than others, but Fuli must find the strength to keep her team united in this difficult time.

This story takes place after season 3 episode 10 mama binturong. Im writting this story for two reasons: First I love lion guard one, of my favorite shows, and because I love the lion king. Second I'm dying waiting for the next epsiodes to come out so writing this makes me feel better. This will be a rewrite of Kion's Journey. Kion was having a normal day with the guard. Janja, Cheezi, and Chungu bring a new threat to the prides know as Kajor. Kajor gets Kion alone and with a bunch of hyenas and runs him out of the prides. Kion decides not to return after believing his friends where dead. Will Kion return or will Kajor take over the prides. Before Kion was born Kopa was Simba's and Nala's first born and son. One day Kopa was playing to close to the outlands there he met Vitani. The two grew close to each other despite their parents resents to each. One day Kopa was walking with Vitani when they were jumped by massive hyena ultimately wounding him to the point that he appears dead to Vitani. Kiara had followed Kopa and saw the whole thing, she rushed back to tell their parents. The hyena known as Kajor drags his body away and dumps it outside his home. Kopa is picked up by a passing by human. The human known as Kev takes him to a near by facility for treatment. There Kopa spends years healing until he is a fully grown lion. Kev takes him as far as he can and drops him off. Will Kopa safely return to pride rock find out now.
