Harry Styles is going into his third year of university and he's going to talk to the boy with blue eyes and pretty ankles he's been crushing on for the last two years if it's the last thing he does. With the help of his friends, he's thrown into a few awkward situations along the way.

Louis moves into a flat while he’s at university, his next-door neighbour, Harry, who he’s never seen is rather loud at night.
