For more than sixty years, a small town has carried a warning it never writes down.
In the summer of 1963, a little girl collapsed during the county fair and was buried days later in her favorite pink dress. The fairgrounds closed. The rides rusted. But the footsteps never stopped. Locals say that if you walk near the abandoned grounds at night, you'll hear them behind you-soft, uneven, getting closer with every step. And if she speaks to you, there is only one rule: never answer.
When a skeptic decides to test the legend, what begins as a harmless challenge turns into an encounter that leaves marks no one can explain. As fragments of forgotten records, witness accounts, and redacted names surface, it becomes clear the story was never just a story-and survival doesn't mean escape.
Some legends fade with time.
Others are still adding names.
