Arthur Kirkland is a successful lawyer in Philadelphia, living alone with his five year old son, Alfred F. Jones. When he takes the case of Francis Bonnefoy, a Frenchman battling his ex-wife for custody of their son, Matthew Williams, will this lead down a road of uncovering the past and healing both their broken hearts? Fair amount of flashbacks and light angst, mostly lots of FACE family cute moments. Slight bit of swearing Matthew's mother is an OC I do not own Hetalia or the cover photo

I got distracted thinking while looking at the puddles that I passed by from the early rain this morning. Not noticing someone bumping right into me. "Oh! I'm so sorry." I fell to the ground, putting my hand on my heart from the slight heart attack of being suddenly woken from my thoughts. "No, no it's my fault. I wasn't paying attention." A mysterious voice called out. I noticed his hand in front of my face to help me up from the sudden accident. Before I was able to grab his hand I was heartstruck from looking at half of his face due to his mask. 'The flag... It was...' my thoughts stopped as he began to talk again. "Are- are you ok?" basically as you seen the title, this is about france AND my boy Britain. This book is VERY off topic to the actual history, to the timeline, to the- ... Everything. So please don't take it seriously. ships: UK x France ... and that's really it. All of the art in the story is mine including the story cover. So please do not steal. Not finished.

Scars don't go away. There's always a trace. Whether that applies to WWII, or the pain of betrayal. Six years. Two sides. Two nations, their stories intertwined. Let's see how my version of WWII plays out in this universe, shall we?
