In short Mineta's uncle and aunt (Hermaphrodite, mostly male just has also a female reproducive organ) move into town.He is excited as he hasn't seen his family in about 6 years. That's why no one could ever know he's trans No one could know what went on at home. but the world works in mysterious ways and things aren't going to go as planned but it may not be as bad as Mineta thinks it's going to be.
