Len Keiri has a dream he thought he could never achieve: become an explorer in a world that had already been discovered. The Abyss welcomes outsiders, but it doesn't treat them kindly, and it doesn't want to let them go. And if it does, it more often than not keeps their sanity in exchange for their freedom. However, Len doesn't care. He's willing to throw himself headlong into the Abyss, no matter how far he has to go, no matter what it costs him. But what does that actually entail, and is he truly willing to sacrifice everything? Many see him and think he is simply a talented individual who hasn't seen a bit of struggle or a hard day in his life. Everyone knows of Link, the Hylian Champion who will fight along with the four other Champions against Calamity Ganon, but does anyone know how Link came to be that great Hylian Champion in the first place? This is my head-cannon story of BOTW Link's childhood and life before becoming Zelda's appointed knight. It is not cannon from Nintendo, and you can't prove it right, but you can't prove it wrong either! The Legend of Zelda and most of the main characters are owned by Nintendo, but the actual story and some of the other main characters comes from my imagination.
