So you've just been informed that you have died. How does it feel? "I don't feel any different." Danielle Bean lived fifteen years in a nice house, attending a nice school. Obviously it was a serious culture shock when her quick trip to the hospital ripped her away from all of that. Along with over a fourth of the teenagers attending Lincoln High, Dannie finds herself dead. The only thing that makes them different from any other deceased citizens, is that they get to read their obituaries. They get to watch the world turn on without them, while they are fulfilling... other duties. You see, according to the world, none of these students exist anymore. Their funerals are over and done with, and they only exist through their families' memories. After the accident that supposedly killed all of them was over and the investigation cases determined it was a mere accident, nobody paused to inquire: 'Hey, what if everybody in the building survived? What if the patients of the hospital that accidentally caught fire were taken out and were now used for the special purpose of an underground service?' Why would they stop to think that, though, nothing like that would ever happen... Now Danielle works for 'Project: Heaven'. A service that offers free, young, strong labour. Most of the labour is pleasant, like regular work that regular people with active social security numbers and real lives have. The severity of the job, though, depends on your attitude. If you have a good attitude, you may enjoy the education provided by the 'Project', the food, the living arrangements, the social gatherings, and the good jobs like modeling and banking and stuff. A negative attitude, though, could have you killed, for real. ((Previously known as Drained)
