Axel later finds out that his own mom is lesbian, and was forced to marry his dad. She had only pretended to be homophobic all these years because she was afraid Axel would be disgusted. On the last day of spring break, Xavien goes over to Axel's house for a sleepover. Xavien told Axel about finding his diary, and at first Axel thought he was going to stop their friendship (ok fine, they fucked). Axel and Xavien eventually got together, got married, and had 4 kids.
