This is a todobakudeku story. Izuku is a little. meaning he is an age regressor. Shoto and Kat are his caregivers. They try their very best to make sure Izuku is cared for, loved, and had everything he possibly needs. While yes, sometimes Izuku gets in trouble that still doesn't mean they love each other any less.
