Book 2 of the Aleixandre Twins Series This book can be read as a standalone 𝕷𝖆 𝕷𝖚𝖓𝖆 was a nickname given to 𝓐𝓵𝓮𝔁𝓲𝓼 𝓐𝓵𝓮𝔁𝓲𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓻𝓮 and honestly she hated it. Her brother Ares had gotten the positive go lucky nickname, while she got the grumpy one. They were basically calling them the light and the darkness, and 𝐬𝐡𝐞 was the darkness. At-least before she could make the argument that either side of the duo was just as prone to take out a gun and kill someone in cold blood as the other. Yet, that wasn't the case anymore. Ares had fallen in love. And while Alexis was happy for him, she thought he had gone too soft. 𝓢𝓪𝓶𝓾𝓮𝓵 𝓐𝓭𝓵𝓮𝓻 was the heir to the Adler crime family. Samuel was notorious for being charming but also quite curious. And you know what they say curiosity killed the cat. Well almost anyway. As the heir of a crime family Samuel knew better than anyone the job was demanding. By that he meant his father was the demanding one. It was always "do this." or "do that." And this time his father challenged him, no 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 him to find a powerful family to make their ally. Samuel had almost given up before he set his eyes on the Beautiful Goddess that was Alexis Alexiandre. Independent, Diligent, Calculated, Sharp, and Beautiful, she was the perfect ally. Enthralled by her he knew he had to have her on his side. Even if that meant having to be held at gun point by her. While he expected that, he didn't expect wanting the moon of the twin duo 𝐛𝐲 his side instead.

He continues to stare as the young girl hums quietly, while keeping her eyes locked on the book in her hands. At the sound of his footsteps, she suddenly stops reading only to look up and let out a squeal, one that he found adorable. Her already rosy cheeks become even brighter. "Hello." He melts at the sound of her angelic voice and says his next words carefully, softly. "Hi sweetheart." She tilts her head to the side as he unknowingly stares at her with a certain longing. "Who are you?" "I'm Seth. What's your name?" He questions, taking a step into her room. She grins, causing two cute dimples to appear on her cheeks. "Daisy." ~ In which Seth Andrews, who is usually quiet and brooding, becomes captivated by his best friends little sister, Daisy Miller, who believes everyone has at least a little good in them.

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)

The darkness and demons can't do anything to her, not again. She will fight till she can't take it anymore. Oliver Carlson isn't your typical boy next door. He isn't the popular bad boy with a dark past you will find in every book. Oliver is not cocky, not famous, not one with eight pack abs. He is quiet, silent, hiding in shadows, away from everyone else, on his own. He has learned to keep to himself, build his suits of armors up, and shut everyone out. Nobody really knows him. He doesn't care. What hurts is that when his popular brother Owen Carlson gets everything he wants, leaving Oliver nothing. So when Gwen Bradbury unintentionally unexpectedly crashes into Oliver Carlson's life, she tries to convince him that life is beautiful with her broad smile and crazy endeavors. Oliver does quite the opposite by shutting her out on the outside but maybe secretly slowly letting her own a piece of his heart.
