(2 years after Wreck-It-Ralph the movie) Penelope Jean Calhoun, daughter of Fix-It-Felix Jr. and Sergeant Calhoun. Penelope was born with the powers to fix anything from corrupted worlds by viruses to ordinary objects without the need of her father's hammer.
