Drummer, Roger Taylor, finds himself falling for his colleague and close friend: guitarist, Brian May, not long after the get-together of the rock band 'Smile'. He keeps his feelings a secret from his friend for a long while, but eventually it all gets out...

Freddie and Brian have known each other since college. In the time since, they were part of a very successful rock band. But over time, they established a relationship of intimate sorts out of the public eye. Both of them had a reputation for public displays of affection while backstage then, hiding their feelings from the press. One night after a concert in North America in 1977, the two of them were eager to get backstage whispering sweet nothings and flirting with each other. Later on the tour bus, Roger and John are confused about all of Freddie and Brian's "goofing off" while practically undressing each other with their eyes. I have not placed a time stamp on this story as my world contains music from the 70s, 80s and beyond. MTV exists in the way that it did in the 1980s.
