As you can probably expect, other people his age are rather vocal, especially about him not being so. Zelda sees through it. If the royal does not choose his/her suitor in a time span decided by the King or Queen, they must be forced to marry the King or Queen's ideal suitor. Time quickly running out, Zelda realizes she does not want to marry someone that only cares about inheriting the throne. She wishes to marry for happiness. And if she cannot prove herself and her happiness to her father soon enough, she will be forever forced into a life she does not want to live. When Zelda tries out for the role of Juliet in the school's Romeo and Juliet, she finds that a large number of girls deign to be Juliet. But when Link, Zelda's crush, lands the role of Romeo, Zelda is stuck as a side character. Link is why so many girls -a few guys too, of course- joined the theatre club this year. But then you've got Zelda. Who is truly loyal to theatre, and just found her luck when Link joined. Although, the girls who are fighting hard for Link have gotten a little annoying, taking her role without real talent. "Everyone gets a turn to play a major role, Zelda.
