Kurogiri finds Izuku after he gets beaten up by Bakugo and takes him back to the bar to take care of his wounds. But after a horrible accident, Kurogiri becomes more than a friend to Izuku. He was bullied for being "quirkless" and soon he had enough. He was mature enough to be on his own. He was almost as smart as Nezu because in his spare time all he did was train and learn. He trained his quirk but only when he was alone and he barely ever used it in battles. After dropping out of high school he becomes the most wanted vigilante. He had never been CAUGHT until now.

Bakugo watched him fall. He watched them declare Deku dead. He watched as his mother cried in the hospital with the grief filling his chest. How the hell was he alive? And why the hell did he scale the building to the classroom window? "Hey do you mind letting me in?" Izuku asked his best friend through the glass after knocking.
