Lucia Noceda can never catch a break. With her parents dead and her sisters struggling with highschool, she has to carry the rest of the family on her shoulders. A part of that is obviously looking for some money to support their lives. Unfortunately, her day job at a rundown cafe doesn't really pay all that much. You know what does though? Underground street racing. Oh yeah, the roars of tuned up engines and the deafening noises of the cheering crowd is just one small part of why Lucia loves it so much.
