Yamaguchi has been in love with his best friend Tsukishima Kei but one day he got the "tragic" news that his crush had gotten a girlfriend. He then starts to get close to Kageyama and realizes that they have loads in common and that leads to so much more.

Yamaguchi has the biggest crush on his childhood bestfriend Tsukishima. But when tsukki meets a girl named heather, Yamaguchi gets jealous. And after no time at all there already dating. Yamaguchi likes writing songs, to show his emotions. And so far his favorite one is "Heather". So when he is invited to a party he drinks a little too much, and accidentally sings his new favorite song to Tsukki. But what Will he say? Yamaguchi is diagnosed with a deadly illness; leaving him with only a few years left to live. After a few weeks he finds out he has feelings for his tall blond friend. Tsukishima finds he feels the same way. Yamaguchi decided to wait a while to tell his friend about his illness, but when Tsukki finds out himself what will happen?..
