Even tho he really wants to be friends with Red Son, he's scared that he'll make another persons life worse because of him. Even after those thoughts, he still will do anything to help those in need. When MK goes to retrieve the staff from the Demon Bull King, he doesn't quite make it. The energy that the Demon Bull King absorbed along with the powers of the Monkey King that now reside in MK is too much for a human to handle at once. When MK emerges from the stone egg he is not quite human anymore, but not a demon yet either.

It's been a while and MK has now become the Monkey king. Wukong is retired, and the fight between the demon bull family and the monkeys has stopped. Other than a tussle or two MK's been doing rounds keeping eyes on thugs but lives pretty quiet in the city now. Red gets caught in a tussle and our hero comes to save the day but how will the two react after years of no contact?

As Wukong visited Sandy one night to accept his offer of getting into Cat Therapy, one thing he didn't expect was to be comfort by a cat, a black cat in-fact ! It seemed like this cat here has been through tough battles as well . . . Wukong was going to leave but the black cat wasn't going to let that happen and climbed up the Monkey Kings hoodie with it's claws . It's been two years since MK banished the demon bull king, him and his wife. He was so busy fighting them he forgot about their son. After having defeated the terrifying bull king, scaring all the other demons away, MK, thought rather disappointed about it, thought the job was done.
