Florence Pugh was once asked if Yelena could team up with anyone within the MCU, who would it be? Her answer was none other than the Scarlet Witch. I have to agree. Sharing the same experiences of being Russian, losing their siblings to the same man, and living through loneliness, I think it's fitting we get some Widow/Witch bonding time. So here it is. This is a fic that is very dialogue-driven, probably boring, and overall not that exciting. That is to say, exciting stuff does happen, but there's sadness within that exciting stuff. However, one could argue, and I am, that that is the entirety of the MCU. It's got a lot of Wanda and Yelena, a sprinkle of Val, and a dash of Kate. And don't forget Fanny, too. And fear not, this fic doesn't connect with my other two written, but there are some overlapping references. It is the third installment in this anthology, and reading them in order is not necessary for enjoyment. That being said, enjoy.

yelena's not exactly the most emotionally fluid person in the world. she knows anger, she knows grief, she knows sadness, she knows happiness, she knows love. but she doesn't always know how to handle it. so when she ends up on her big sister's couch in the midst of a depressive episode, natasha's desperate to do anything to help her, including sending her to therapy. yelena hates it.

"??? ??? ???? ??? ???? ???" "?'?? ????? ???? ?? ???? ?? ???????? ?? ?? ????." What if the Red Room had a gate? What if Yelena Belova was assigned to a mission through that gate? What if it went wrong? Yelena went through the gate found by the Red Room only to find an alternate gate that lead her to a whole new reality. But they sealed after she'd gone through. And she couldn't get back. Hawkins, Indiana held more that met the eye and Yelena was in for one hell of a ride with the monsters and the gates and the newfound friendships. And Steve Harrington.

And so she walks away. Because the whistle was a symbol of their love and trust in each other and Natasha would never share it with him unless he was right. Maybe she was just looking for a place to channel her anger and Clint Barton had fit all the criteria. She walks, but to no where in particular. She just needs to run, away from him, from the truth, from herself. She doesn't need to go anywhere, just to go.

I don't see a lot of these, so I thought I'd write my own. Spoilers for Black Widow will be in some chapters, so if you haven't seen it... probably don't read this. I'll mark those chapters though. Please Enjoy. Also, I don't own any of these characters. Marvel does. Please don't sue me I'm broke.
