Soon scores of Supernatural Forces, raided the whole base killing everyone, including his loyal friends and lovers, and eventually cornered him with the intention of killing him. However, as he dies and watches them say Humanity will be weaker than always. Issei vows to protect them as he gets a new chance. He soon encountered Anos Voldigard, who decided to join forces with the young man and ask him to end this cycle of death and destruction to protect the planet against any future invaders. He agrees and is reborn as a Demon whose goal is to lead the Planet and ensure that history doesn't repeat itself again.

Black convinced him to change his personality convincing him that they don't care or love him. He makes a deal with Black with Issei desiring to wipe them all out. Initiating the Zero Supernatural Plan like Black desired.
