The story is an imaginary progression of Dhruv and Tara's alternative love story in 19th century. Keeping the base of the backstory of Dhruv and Tara same. Tara, the baby girl Masterji (Hari om Math) saved from the storms and brought her home. Dadi, who got jealous that this baby is more fair than her own grand daughter, Chandra, applies dark ink on her and tells Hari that if he wants to keep the girl he will have to keep her dark. DhruvRaj Seth, on the other hand, the son of Giriraj Seth, who is angry with his father for getting remarried after his mother's death, indulges in drinking. But his heart longs for someone who will understand his heart, without judgement. The story continues about how they meet and slowly develops a feelings in heart of Dhruv, he vows to give Tara the rights she deserves.
