What starts as a school play turns into a complete disaster-and maybe a love story.
Kim Chaewon's life was already a lot. Between her chaotic little sister, her overachiever reputation, and her general hatred for drama (both the theatre kind and the real-life kind), she did not expect to be cast as Juliet in the school play.
Even worse? Her Romeo is Huh Yunjin-star basketball player, chaos incarnate, and the same girl who once called her "cute when she's mad" during a dodgeball argument. Also, apparently joined the drama club just to block Yeonjun from getting the role.
Cue: chaos, dramatic monologues, sleepovers with questionable cuddling, mint choco ice cream, shirtless disasters, heartfelt love letters, an actual collapse mid-rehearsal, and enough tension to power the auditorium's lights. (If they hadn't already short-circuited.)
As rehearsals go on, lines blur between acting and reality. Confessions are made. Kisses are stolen. Yena and Yuri are either fighting or making out. Sakura is watching everything like it's her favorite show. And through it all, Chaewon slowly realizes she might actually be falling-for the most annoying Romeo in existence.
Featuring:
Enemies to girlfriends (??)
A Notes app breakdown
Unhinged love letters
Lesbian beach episodes
Chaotic side characters who need their own sitcom
And one very, very dramatic school play
Because in this drama club? The real performance is not on stage.
