It has been 70 years since the Hundred Year War ended, and Avatar Aang and his friends put a stop to Fire Lord Ozai's path of tyranny. After the death of Aang, a new Avatar had been reincarnated. A rebellious young woman from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra, as she does her best to bring peace and harmony to the world. But she won't face them alone. There is this orphan boy from Republic City, named (YN). This boy is born with the power of Lightbending, a bending art lost in the vastness of time. With this bending art, he will aid the new Avatar to fight against the threats in the modernizing world.

After the death of Aang, a new avatar is born. As of the cycle, the next in line would be a water bender, and that water bender would be Y/n of the southern water tribe chosen to be the next in line to become the Avatar.
