North Korea is extremely malnourished, weak, and sick. Well after North Korea is brought in for a meeting with NATO and the other countries due to him almost bombing Japan. But the other countries soon realize something up. Since North Korea keeps asking what a lot of things are like ovens, certain TV shows, wondering how there using so much electricity, wondering how there's heating without fire, and much more. While UN was talking to North Korea, North Korea threatened to nuke every one but as soon as he said that he blacked out. Everyone was extremely concerned even the people who hated him. The countries soon found out that he blacked out due to malnourishment and they began trying to help North Korea despite him insisting that he's fine. China and South Korea claim they had no idea about North Korea being sick but it becomes pretty obvious they are lying. They also began to discover some secrets about this small country
