We start our story years into the future when a 25-year-old Nick moves back to town after college to teach at Thruman as a coach. Now, everything has changed. Charlie has studied math at a local college, but his band is becoming more successful, and his dreams of becoming a writer are getting lost in the pressure . Nick is "happy" and in love... or so he thinks. Charlie has an ever lasting none boyfriend. Every piece of the puzzle is coming back home... but when they all left, everything was broken. Pieces of love and friendship are missing, but a feeling remains. Even before all that happened, they still hope to see each other again. (English version of "infartos")

I think a lot of the oneshots I read are way too short so I decided to fix that myself. All chapters will be over 1000 words. All characters are Alice Oseman's and based on the book characters. Teach my Hearth to Stop is an alternate universe fan fiction inspired by Alice Oseman's Heartstopper characters Nick and Charlie and some of their friends. Inspiration is drawn from the books and the Netflix show. It is set 16 year's after Heartstopper began, but in a universe where Nick and Charlie had not yet met.
