Deena is finally getting out of Shadyside. Setting foot on her new college campus is supposed to be the symbol of a new beginning. Away from Shittyside, Sunnyvale, her father and all the memories (and people) she's been trying to forget for the past year and a half. But what if, this is exactly what Sam, who is one of these memories (and people) in question, was seeking too when she got out of her mom's car, one suitcase in hand, a backpack on her shoulder, a head (and a shoebox) full of memories she's been thinking about for months? Or After Sam told Deena she was moving to Sunnyvale because of her parents' divorce, and Deena broke up with her, they never saw each other again. Well, never, until, they both, unknowingly, chose to go to the same college for a fresh start and they're caught up by their unfinished business.
