AMELL THEODORE ROSELLE is the current representative of the United States of America, after the Second world war many representatives died due to it, and a new generation has emerge from it. When everyone thought it would be a relative time for peace, that is not the case as countries are starting up many problems against each other, to the point there representatives are also getting stuck in between them. Of course with magic comes mystical creatures dragons, witches, werewolves and more, so many creatures are inevitably going to cause trouble and trouble is exactly what China and Russia specialize in. The pair are the most dangerous and successful criminals in the world, and among magical and rare objects they are end up kidnapping Prince America; thrusting the group into a world of chaos, nefarious plots, and rather annoying relatives.
