He kept it a secret until he trained and joined the FBI, having to use his abilities to save his partner. This gains that attention of a certain spy with an eyepatch.

Stiles is a Vampire, Werewolf and witch and he is immortal. He gets kicked out the pack and Allison and Derek leave the pack. Stiles accidentally teleports them to when the Mikaelson siblings were human. Esther and Mikael end up loving Stiles. Stiles teleports Allison and Derek back to there actual time but Stiles stays. Esther turned Stiles with the others. After he is turned he teleports back to his turn and turns Allison and Derek. When Esther and Mikael find out he is gay they don't care.

Imagine if Scott had never been bitten. That Scott had convinced Stiles to stay in that night and their lives were never immersed in the supernatural. Maybe thinks would've gone a whole lot differently.....

Everyone is gone and Stiles and Isaac are the only ones that are still in the loft, they start looking at each other them they kiss that leads to sex. They carry on having sex, more closer. Isaac finds out that his mate is Stiles, to make the matting they have to have sex and Isaac has to bite Stiles. Stiles then turns into a werewolf.
