Quincy and Diana Ratajkowski, two sisters who have been raised in the grand hallways of the Little Palace, have begun to question their superiors. General Kirigan seems determined to split them up and they suspect he may have caused the unexpected death of their father two years prior. After Diana is drafted into the second army, she knows she has to leave and seems to have a connection with a certain Crow. Quincy struggles to decide weather she wants to escape the Little Palace with her sister or stay to find out what exactly the General wants from her. Both sisters are determined to get to the bottom of their father's mystery, but love is running against them.
