Without a licence the quirk wielder are not allowed to use there quirks in any way, but that doesn't stop, Kyoichi Shido from using his powers to make a difference.

In this alternate universe, Izuku was chosen to be All Might's successor. And during his fifth month of his ten-month training, Izuku was returning home from the market, until he noticed suspicious people doing something strange. But before Izuku could call the police or a hero, he saw 4 figures coming out of the shadows and they fought these people. As a child, Izuku was walking in the forest to be alone and escape certain children who tormented him, but when he went to the nearby forest, Izuku was very surprised to see a dragonidia creature, which upon seeing the boy; he ran-away. Years later, Izuku tried to find that creature again, and when he was about to give up, he found him injured, and thus began a friendship between a dreamy and strong boy, with a friendly, cute and... violent dragon.
