Malgré le fait que personne à par Sans et Alphys ne se rappelle de lui, Gaster c'est fait une place à la surface, et tient à présent un cabinet de psychiatrie de renom, et est devenu le premier monstre docteur en psychologie et psychiatrie, bien que son savoir s'étende aussi au domaine de la magie et des sciences quantiques. Il reçoit dans son cabinet monstres et humains, sans discernassions. Le dessin de la couverture n'est pas à moi, tout comme Undertale, qui appartient à Toby Fox.
