[Wattys 2022 Shortlist] The Elven battlemage Gynefra Caul-Marrel has fought many foes over her two centuries. Humans have proven the most obstinate, yet they have forgotten the lessons that led to the War of the Great Coalition. That short-lived race has now spread into the shattered former battlefields of that conflict, building villages atop barrows of ancient dead, toiling away in mines better left abandoned. When a plague spreads through their lands, she is dispatched by the Watchful Tower to investigate. The horrors are much worse than she'd imagined. An unholy alliance has formed in the depths below, which threatens to tear apart the fragile order that's existed since the War of the Great Coalition. It's not enough to simply fight-the Great Evil they face requires a unified defense from every realm. Yet even saving human refugees isn't enough to dampen the paranoia of the Inquisition. The grievances between Elves and humanity have been built over millennia and seem impossible to mend. Yet if they cannot succeed, kingdom by kingdom will fall, until the mortal world is swept clean. Under Gynefra's leadership, a new War of the Great Coalition must be waged-yet this time united in struggle against the Twisted One, who threatens to devour their realms.

(The Madison Chronicles #1) WINNER Wattys 2022! Unlock the power of music, magic, and memory. Inspired by 'His Dark Materials' and the 'Mortal Engines' books, 'Sadie Madison and the Boy in the Crimson Scarf' is the first book in 'The Madison Chronicles': an epic tale of music, magic, and memory. Since the beginning of time, the Narrowers have collected and stored every memory that was ever forgotten in a dimension known as the Vents. Now, at the turn of the twentieth century, the Foretelling-a prophecy that threatens to tear theVents apart-is poised to reveal itself. Twelve-year-old Sadie Madison cannot forget. Anything. Sadie lives with her family in the town of Iron Bridge, on the banks of the River Myr, deep in the Shadow Valley, where she loves reading scary books and playing make-believe. Story of two kids, their journey, and how far one can go in their friendship?? was it really friendship, brotherhood, or something else?? **** This story is more about relationship development, they are barely gonna say love words, but they will make sure you can feel it through them and envy their relationship. And this is slow burn check out the tags... don't blame me later if I didn't tell you. They can be slow but they will be themselves. ******* A quick disclaimer, I always use Mew and Gulf as my characters, although they are real people living out there, no harmful intentions towards the people, and I love them... This work is a historical-based setup that doesn't claim to be true to be in any form. Pictures and media used are googled, I don't own them. and lastly, my work is available only on Wattpad, I do not post it on any other platform, if you are reading it somewhere else please report it or the best don't read it there. No one is charging you to read on Wattpad so please do your best and read it on the official site instead of some malicious ones.

**A Wattpad Cliche** Cover by @thatcyrusguy I actually love Wattpad. It is a really genius idea. But, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who searches for hours upon hours (okay, ten minutes) searching for that perfect non-cliche book. This is for all aspiring writers who want to know the don'ts (just the don'ts) of writing a wattpad book, and also for anyone who loves it when other people are made fun of. Fall in love with Lana as she stumbles through life as a clueless naive 17-year-old supermodel. Actually, don't fall in love with her. Because if you do, Braxton the guy she might (definitely will) end up with by the end of the story, will freaking kill you. Thank you for reading.
