Todoroki is a person in his third year, barely hanging alive. He became his old self again, shutting him self out, keeping his emotions inside. Sure he has gotten a bit closer to his classmates but he still keeps his distance. Him and Bakugo are still rivals and sometimes bicker with each other. But a lot of them have changed over the years. For the good or the worse. Todoroki would sometimes have panic attacks or he would get random flashbacks of his childhood during class. But not once has that made him cry.
