ISSEI is now back in time as the Gremory group were defeated by the Khaos Brigade and Orphis and Issei made a deal with the time dragon as many of the members of the Gremory were killed including Rais.

Issei ask Ddraig to transform him back to human, and when he was transforming back into human, The the Evil Pieces Exploded, creating a shockwave that got the attention of All Demons, Devils, Fallen Angels, Monsters, and Gods. Now he has bigger problems.
