Ever wondered what happens behind the pulpit? Get in here! "She was here." I mumbled to myself. "She was here," I breathed again, realizing the significance of her appearance. "This can't be happening." I wailed silently. "Just can't!" Running my fingers across my eyes repeatedly, I said a very simple prayer. "Lord help me!" Meet Pastor Adrian, a fire filled pastor, whose passion of dealing mercilessly with demons and spirits led him into the arms of the demons he hunted. Following the emergence of a 'Unique' vessel, he hadn't realized that his innocent collaboration with a dark entity 'shukura' was about to ruin all he had built and subsequently expose him to the world. While he struggled, God had already raised someone close to him to stand in the gap. But will he yield and be obedient to the voice of God? Please this is the first part of a three series book. 'Channelled Saints Series' - Book 1 Note: This book had been rewritten and book cover changed.

When she was done, she handed our different assignments to us. It was a list of names, people who were yet to be part of us. My colleagues signed their allegiance with their pierced bloody thumb. I turned to leave after getting my list, bit her voice called me back. "Lashula, come back!" My legs stopped moving and came to a halt. My name isn't Lashula, but anytime that name was mentioned, I always felt as though it was directed at me. While I stood there waiting, same lady circled around me sniffing my body. "Shukura is pleased with you. But you must let her completely take over your mind and body." She pointed at me. "Your church had become a massive revenue. But we need 'the five'. We need you to channel 'the five' and get his members filled with crimson light." As Pastor Adrian continues to fight his demons, conforming and carrying out their assignments involuntarily, his church is at a breaking point. His friend Femi resurfaces to take back the church they started together. But his son, Jacob takes up the fight, trashing anyone who's unwilling to work according to God's plan. He takes up the mantle that'd fallen off his father's head. He must stay focused for the battles ahead. Note: This is a sequel to VESSELS UNKNOWN. "What is it now?" He yelled above the embers of the flame. Vivian who had crumbled to the floor stayed down, staring as the fire rose in the sky. Bishop Maitama's huge legs marched across to where Vivian lay. "Do you want to set the entire compound on fire?" A trembling Vivian didn't look up but kept her gaze on the burning flame. Zach.....Zach! " The Bishop's voice rose into the air. Shortly a young man in his late twenties rushed to his side. "Sir, you called." "Ehem put out this fire. I don't want to see bonfires anymore in this house. " No.....No, please please....let it burn for a while." Vivian who was now on her feet, placed a protective hand around the fire. Bishop looked at her and shook his head. "And why's that?" She glared at her father and then back at Zack. "So I'm sure they are truly dead." Her father hissed and turned round to face her. "If I were you, I would tell those demons to leave you alone. How long do you think I'm going to put up with your paranormal activities?" 'If I Were You' tells the story of a young pastor's daughter who was plagued by demonic entities. Forces who hindered and placed her life in limbo. Her father whom she'd looked up to had come up short in finding solutions to her problems, focusing mostly on his reputation than his child. If I were you take the readers into the drama that surrounded the Maitamas and how they finally prevailed.
